Night Workout

Tonight I’m hitting the gym for some more running! And probably lifting weights. But I get extremely self conscious when I lift weights around other people. Anyhow, tonight’s goal will be to RUN RUN RUN! I figured out that if I start off walking, then running at 7.5 and then slowing down to 6.1, I can go for days. I don’t know why that works but it does! So I’ll try it again tonight. Also, my run earlier wasn’t long. But it was sure beautiful. Tonight’s goal will also be to run 3 miles in 20 minutes. Let’s see if I can do this… those are big shoes to fill but we’ll have to see!
