You guys! I just had an amazing run with my close, godly friend:) We ran probably 1.5 miles and walked about 1 mile but still! And then after our run, at the top of the hill (with the sunset beaming in our faces) we did pilates, abs, and stretched briefly. It was amazing. My muscles were already so sore from running so much but it felt amazing! I also noticed that I didn’t want to stop running. I guess having a friend alongside helps a lot, huh?
