Day #2
I didn’t do my Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 because I didn’t have enough time with work and everything else. But I did workout for an hour:) Which, I suppose, is not bad for a start.
My food-intake was semi good except for tonight. I feel so guilty! I worked out so hard and then went to McDonalds with my friends to socialize and ate a ton of junk! Ugh. I’m extremely mad with myself but I’m not going to let it hold me back. Tomorrow I am going to make better accomplishments.
I could have also drank more water like most days but today I just didn’t.
Tomorrow I have to train for this theater timing competition @ 9am and I have no clue how long it will take. Hopefully I’ll be able to hit the gym around late afternoon-ish. I am going to train hard tomorrow and eat clean!!!!!!!!!
My monthly goals:
- Drink a ton of water. Constantly re-fill water bottle and carry it with you everywhere!
- Not buy anything from work (I failed today..)
- Workout 5/7 a week
Cut out sodaand other artificially flavored food(s) (including jam. Which is kind of hard considering I have pb&j toast every morning almost)
Alrighty guys! That’s it for tonight. I need to get my rest for tomorrow’s journey.
