Running Log

I felt extremely guilty for eating at work today so I decided to go to the gym right when I got home. 

I quickly changed and headed on over.

Ended up running for 31 minutes (walked for like 8 minutes) and burned 400 calories at 3 miles. I feel accomplished. But I still ate way too much.

Curse you, Noodles & Company for being so delicious. 

I’ll do some ab workouts when I get home later:)

In the meantime… team swoll!
