Night Workout
Tonight I’m hitting the gym for some more running! And probably lifting weights. But I get extremely self conscious when I lift weights around other people. Anyhow, tonight’s goal will be to RUN RUN RUN! I figured out that if I start off walking, then running at 7.5 and then slowing down to 6.1, I can go for days. I don’t know why that works but it does! So I’ll try it...

You guys! I just had an amazing run with my close, godly friend:) We ran probably 1.5 miles and walked about 1 mile but still! And then after our run, at the top of the hill (with the sunset beaming in our faces) we did pilates, abs, and stretched briefly. It was amazing. I ran yesterday (a little over a mile) but it wasn’t my best. My shoe ended up rubbing wrong against my foot so I had to refrain from running any longer. I ended up building a blister. It’s a little bothersome but I’m going to try to wear different socks. In addition, it’s a wonderful day out and it gives me a great opportunity to run again! I’m still trying to decide...

Day #2
I didn’t do my Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 because I didn’t have enough time with work and everything else. But I did workout for an hour:) Which, I suppose, is not bad for a start.
My food-intake was semi good except for tonight. I feel so guilty! I worked out so hard and then went to McDonalds with my friends to socialize and ate a ton of junk! Ugh. I’m extremely mad with...

Running Log
I felt extremely guilty for eating at work today so I decided to go to the gym right when I got home.
I quickly changed and headed on over.
Ended up running for 31 minutes (walked for like 8 minutes) and burned 400 calories at 3 miles. I feel accomplished. But I still ate way too much.
Curse you, Noodles & Company for being so delicious.
I’ll do some ab workouts when I get home...

Day #1 (Restarting)
I just completed Jillian Michael’s Ripped in 30. Ah, sweating head to toe. You know what they say, “sweat is fat crying”.
